Happy June everyone, as I am happy to announce my new Amazon Store, and some Father’s Day T-Shirts that are going to be a fun addition to every dad’s wardrobe.

My Animation

As a child, I attended animation school at the University of Guelph in the early 80s, and although I was the youngest student there, I was also probably the worst. Undaunted, I continued my love of animation, drawing for the University of Western Ontario Gazette (til I was fired for a bad cartoon), then published my own book of single panel art cartoons in the late 90s’ called ‘Chicken Vegetable Soup.’

When I transition to TV, I was keen to adapt my animation style, and was able to write and produce some of my art on the Comedy Network, NBC, and the BBC for several children’s programs.

With the rush of AI, I was an early adopted, and you can see some of my earliest designs on this website when I eagerly rushed to submit some of the cool things I was working on.

AI has gotten substantially better in terms of quality, prompts, as well as upscaling. With all of the new video abilities popping up, it won’t be long before we start seeing 10 minute TV series self-produced. The age of the expensive streaming services is about to take a hit.

I too have gotten into it, so make sure that you either check out my Facebook Group, or follow my Instagram page. It’s called Wade’s ArtHouse, and I am sure you might find some designs on there to enjoy. I know I am having a hoot making them.

Amazon Store

I jumped into the learning curve of setting up my own Amazon store, and they really do make it simple and concise, provided that you follow their protocols. Given that my designs are all family friendly, this was an easy sign up process.

As a newbie, you’re only allowed 10 designs, so I quickly learned that I needed to focus on simple designs, and ones that could be easily adapted to a multitude of products. Too bad I had already uploaded 3 designs. Learning curve again.

Now that it’s up and ready, please feel free to browse it, offer advice of even purchase one of my designs, then leave a 5 star review. That would be truly awesome.
